We provide tools and insights only; we do not offer investment, legal, or tax advice and are not a broker. Markets carry risk; trade decisions are solely yours.

Acceptable Use

Don’t reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse the service or data. Use the platform lawfully and respect our intellectual property and rate limits.

Plans, Payments & Taxes

Prices and plan features appear at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we don’t store card numbers. Taxes including GST apply as per Indian law.

Cancellations & Refunds

Subscription cancellations and refund eligibility follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please review it before purchase and manage renewals in billing settings.

Third-Party Services

We integrate with payment gateways, analytics, data vendors, and optional broker connections. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their respective services.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, brand assets, and data compilations are owned by TradeProbe or licensors. No rights are granted except the limited license to use the service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including trading losses. Aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [CITY/STATE e.g., Ranchi, Jharkhand] shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
