Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear and simple terms for cancellations and refunds for our paid analytics plans.

Applicability

This policy applies to purchases made on tradeprobe.com and in-product checkout. We provide only digital services; access is provisioned after successful payment.

Subscriptions & Trials

Trials (if offered) convert to paid only with your consent. Billing cycles and charges are shown before payment; tax invoices are issued to your email.

Refunds

As a SaaS service, we generally do not refund once access is active. We may refund duplicate charges, failed access after payment, or prolonged downtime we caused.

Cancellations

You may disable auto-renew anytime in billing settings; access remains until the current paid period ends. Deleting the account does not cancel billing.

How to Request

Email support@tradeprobe.com with your order ID, account email, and reason within 7 days of charge. Approved refunds go to the original method in 7–10 business days.
