Please read these terms carefully before using TradeProbe. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
TradeProbe provides digital educational services, live mentorship programs, trading software subscriptions, and access to proprietary trading tools including SniperScan.
By purchasing any course, mentorship, community access, or software subscription from TradeProbe, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.
All purchases made on TradeProbe are considered final and non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Due to the nature of digital products, live educational content, proprietary software access, and downloadable resources, TradeProbe does not provide refunds after purchase completion.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Technical Analysis Programs
- FnO Mastery Programs
- Pro Trader Bundle
- Live Trading Sessions
- SniperScan Software Access
- Scanner Algorithms
- Community Memberships
- Recorded Sessions
- Downloadable Materials
- Mentorship Access
- Premium Research Resources
Once access has been granted, the product is considered consumed.
SniperScan subscriptions are billed in advance for the selected duration.
This includes:
- 6 Month Subscription
- 12 Month Subscription
- Lifetime Access Plans
Users are responsible for reviewing plan details before purchasing.
No refunds, partial refunds, or cancellations will be issued after subscription activation.
Enrollment into any TradeProbe course reserves a seat in live mentorship batches and grants access to internal educational resources.
Because of this:
- Seats cannot be transferred after activation
- Fees cannot be refunded after enrollment
- Access validity remains fixed as per the selected plan
TradeProbe community access includes private trading discussions, mentorship channels, live updates, and educational support.
Violation of community guidelines may result in suspension or removal without refund.
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes after accessing TradeProbe services may result in:
- Permanent account suspension
- Revocation of software access
- Removal from community platforms
- Legal recovery actions where applicable
Users are encouraged to contact support before raising disputes.
TradeProbe does not guarantee profits, income, successful trades, or financial returns.
Trading in financial markets involves risk.
Performance shown in testimonials, case studies, screenshots, or educational content should not be interpreted as guaranteed future results.
Users are solely responsible for their trading decisions.
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional technical circumstances including:
- Duplicate payments
- Failed transactions with no account activation
- Billing errors caused by the platform
Approved cases are reviewed within 7–14 business days.
TradeProbe reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
